Graphic Arts
We used call this profession Commercial Art. Before my time, it was called Advertising Art. In the really early 1600s, they started a press that changed everything; it was called a printing press. Now we call it many names: Graphic Arts, UX UI, Web or Blog Design, SEO with ASP, or maybe even Java AI baby. It all falls under the general area of communication. Communication is the key to accomplishing just about anything. Publishing communications brings results; so is what I do and have done since 1977. You’ll find a plethora of additional samples from 1980 on in the Way Back Machine which is now part of Google Archives. It’s true, with age comes experience.
I offer the following Professional Services:
I’ve worked at two newspapers, two print shops, a publishing company, and have freelanced since to gain many years worth of real-world experience in presentation, design, marketing, camera work, estimating, proofing, printing, and the millennia of other aspects required to produce good print and web material.

- It has not been boring outside of a niche. If you’d like to read a story about what I think of Niche Editing, have fun reading about Uncle Ned here.
You must own the rights to any material you wish to have scanned.
My standard rates are for editing jobs (assumes double-spaced pages, font no smaller than 10pt) are reasonable, practicable, and established via first review estimate.
For editing and formatting jobs requiring an unusual degree of time and effort (e.g., those containing many illustrations, special formatting, indices, etc.), additional hourly charges may apply. Therefore, in order to receive a firm bid on a formatting or editing job you will need to submit a sample chapter for review and analysis.
